"The convenience of the carwash bay is the best! In the winter you can drive through the sand and salt on the roads and drive right into the heated garage and rinse the dirt off, park in your parking stall and when you come back your door is not frozen shut."

"The heated garage is so handy! Before I moved to the Village Cooperative I had to walk outside in the cold and I always worried if my car would start. I love walking into a warm garage and my car starts right away and it warms up so much faster."
