New Member Spotlight – The Village Cooperative of Clinton
There is an exciting new senior independent living option available in Clinton! The Village Cooperative of Clinton will be located in the northwest part of the city. The cooperative will consist of 44 new homes. Residents will have the choice of expertly designed one bedroom one bath, two bedroom one bath and two bedroom two bath homes that range from 899 to 1,489 sw. ft. of living space. Each home is completely maintenance-free and each includes a laundry room, storage area and a private balcony or patio.
Community features include: Multiple community party rooms, fitness rom, guest suite, elevator, woodworking shop, landscaped gardens, free wireless internet, safe & secure entrances with security cameras, underground heated parking, and a free car wash.
“Our company started developing cooperative communities in 2003 because we saw the desire for this type of dynamic lifestyle. As a cooperative, the members control every aspect of ownership. The cooperative will also employ an on-site resident services coordinator as well as offer courtesy services.
