The Village Cooperative of Albert Lea consists of 50 one or two bedroom homes for active seniors and was completed in 2006. The new cooperative community offers plenty of space for you to entertain your friends and family. The spacious community room is furnished with stuffed chairs and tables throughout and is great for reading the paper and playing games with friends.
